Rental rates for small events start at $150/hour and vary depending on type of event, how many guests, date, etc.

ACCESS + PARKING

The Remedy is located in Downtown Dayton in the Firefly Building, just a block from The 2nd Street Market.  Our address is 123 Webster Street. We’re on the ground floor and our entrance is on the Webster Street side of the building (light gray steps and awning), and you’ll see our sign on the building next to the door.  There is free parking available in the lot along the building.  We do not advise parking in any lots with Private Parking signs, as you are risking being towed.

Our building is handicapped accessible using the main the door on the parking lot side of the building.  It is a secure entry, so please just let us know ahead of time so we can be ready to let you in.  Once you enter, you can either use the elevator to go to Floor 1, or the ramp right next to the elevator, then you'll see the sign on our door.  

STUDIO RULES AND POLICIES

 

Cancellations / Rescheduling

  • All booked studio rentals are non-refundable.

​

Studio Rules

​

  • No smoking or vaping in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance.

  • Music must stay at a respectable volume.

  • No pets are allowed in the studio.

  • Nothing is allowed to be hung on or attached to the walls in any way.

  • The walls on wheels are not to be moved.

  • No fireworks (including sparklers), smoke bombs, candles, or glitter.

  • No filming or photography is allowed in the common area of the building including hallways, the front lobby area, staircases, etc.

Rooftop

​

  • Access to the rooftop is not included in your studio rental, you must receive prior approval to use during your scheduled time.

STUDIO AMENITIES

  • Climate controlled - air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter

  • 12 foot ceilings

  • Huge south facing windows with beautiful natural light all day

  • Bluetooth speaker

  • Dressing room with full length mirror and garment rack

  • Several 6'x8' fabric backdrops mounted to foam board 

  • Assortment of seamless paper backdrops

  • Backdrop C-Stand with wheels for seamless paper

  • V-Flats and/or reflectors are available in every studio

  • Cordless fans

  • Shared (very clean) restrooms available in the building lobby.

  • Handicap accessible (please let us know ahead of time and we will give you different entry directions)

  • Access to the rooftop with prior approval
