Rooftop
During your scheduled studio time, you'll have access to the rooftop as well as the studio you've booked.
EVENT RENTAL RATES
Small Events
Rental rates for small events start at $150/hour and vary depending on type of event, how many guests, date, etc.
Weddings + Receptions
$2,300 - 6 Hours
Includes tables and chairs (for up to 75 people), access to the entire space including the kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, and sink, beauty bar, and bridal suite.
Rooftop
During your event, you'll have access to the rooftop.
ACCESS + PARKING
The Remedy is located in Downtown Dayton in the Firefly Building, just a block from The 2nd Street Market. Our address is 123 Webster Street. We’re on the ground floor and our entrance is on the Webster Street side of the building (light gray steps and awning), and you’ll see our sign on the window. There is free parking available in the lot connected to the building, as well as overflow parking in the lot across the street.
Our building is handicapped accessible, and you'll use the door on the parking lot side of the building. It is a secure entry, so please just let us know ahead of time so we can be ready to let you in. Once you enter, you can either use the elevator to go to Floor 1, or the ramp right next to the elevator, then you'll see the sign on our door.
STUDIO RULES AND POLICIES
Cancellations / Rescheduling

For 1 or 2 hour photoshoot studio booking, you may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to the booked appointment for a full refund (minus the credit card processing fees).

For 3+ hours of booked photoshoot studio time, you may cancel or reschedule up to 5 days prior to the booked appointment for a 50% refund.

Studio Rules

No smoking or vaping in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance.

Music must stay at a respectable volume.

No pets are allowed in the studio.

Nothing is allowed to be hung on or attached to the walls in any way.

The walls on wheels are not to be moved.

No fireworks (including sparklers), smoke bombs, candles, or glitter.

No filming or photography is allowed in the common area of the building including hallways, the front lobby area, staircases, etc.
Rooftop Rules

Access to the rooftop is included in your studio rental during your scheduled time.

Your access is not exclusive - there may be other photographers or people on the rooftop.

If you've booked a studio, your access is for photography or videography ONLY - any other use must be booked as an event.

NO HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR photography or videography is allowed on the rooftop (in studio is fine). Rooftop senior sessions are reserved for our in house photographer, Four Acres Photography. This policy will be strictly enforced. Thank you for understanding!

No fireworks (including sparklers) or smoke bombs.

No nudity.

No sitting, leaning, standing, etc. on the side walls/railings.

No alcohol without prior approval.
